Baby Penelope have not been spotted much and clearly since Kourtney Kardashian gave birth in September -- but yesterday in Florida, the little girl was finally uncovered in a paparazzic way! if there is anythings as such! hehe :-)
Kourtney, Penny, Scott Disick and Mason were all spotted on Miami Beach on Monday, where they filmed for the upcoming season of "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami."
The photos are the first clear, uncovered shots of the little girl out in public -- and she's adorable!
