Hanson Hub Iheuko @Salu, the question I think should read thus: Why can some girls dress up like real WOMEN, rather than wear cloths that leaves them half naked? We should try and address some fundamental issues before hitting at secondary ones. Tradition demands that an African Woman should remain modest in dressing and not the other way round...
