Plans are presently in place by the Rochas Okorocha foundation, a charity organization, whose aim and dedication is to provide free education to the less-privilege, to build a University that is free for all.
It is believed that with this development, many youths who never thought of going to a University will now have hope of having a taste of higher education.
Rochas Okorocha, who is the present Governor of Imo state, has been highly influential in the development of the state, and with this track record the people seem to be optimistic about his dedication to successfully complete such a task an average Nigerian would declare impossible.
