Forbes Highest-Paid Celebrities -- Is Oprah Still No. 1? Dr Dre in Top 5

Mz Oprah Winfrey retired her mega-successful "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in last May after a 25-year run, though she's still running her OWN Network, O Magazine and Sirius satellite radio station. Her Harpo Productions also produces shows like "Dr. Phil," "Rachael Ray" and "The Dr. Oz Show." boss lady's still leading the men again in the Forbes highest paid celebs* Earning $165 million
The media mogul's earnings fell by a staggering $125 million from last year.

2.  Transformers director Michael Bay - $160 million
3.  Steven Spielberg - $130 million 
4.  director Jerry Bruckheimer - $115 million- who earned a boatload of cash (pun intended) from "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides."
5.  Dr Dre - $110 million.
