The 43-year-old actress is engaged to boyfriend of over a year Justin Theroux.
His rep confirmed the news to PEOPLE, telling the magazine "Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage."
This is the first marriage for Theroux who just turned 41.. Aniston was famously married to Brad Pitt from 2000-2005.
