(CNN) -- The head of Samoa Air has defended its policy of charging passengers by their weight, arguing such a system is not only fair but the future for other airlines.

"The next step is for the industry to make those sort of changes and recognize that 'Hey, we are not all 72 kilograms (about 160 pounds) anymore and we don't all fit into a standard seat,''' Chris Langton, Samoa Air chief executive told CNN.

Actress Stephnora Okere and Jim Iyke dated for a while many years back and according to an interview she granted Stella Dimoko Korkus in this week's Encomium magazine, she's still in love with him. Excerpts from the interview:

"I've been maintaining a low profile because of the fact that I wanted to re-arrange myself for the future having made one or two mistakes in the past.
SDK: "What mistakes are you referring to? As an actress or your personal life?"
Stephnora: "Both. First as an actress, I allowed myself to put on weight and that is not good for the kind of profession I'm in. When I gained weight, I lost a lot of offer for movie roles. My personal life mistake concerns my involvement in a marriage process that never scaled through. I got involved with someone with someone who doesn't understand what the word love means. It took me being involved in that relationship to realise what true love really means. It made me realise that I had loved and still do love someone else."

Demi Lovato Returning as Judge on X Factor

Demi Lovato will be returning as a judge for X Factor's third season, Fox announced today.
"I am so excited to return as a judge and mentor on The X Factor," Lovato says in a stament. "Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel. I look forward to taking my previous experience and applying it to make this season even better!"
Earlier this month, Simon Cowell told Ryan Seacrest that he'd be "crazy" not to have her back. And though the Brit judge is many things, he is not crazy. He is, however, not afraid to poke fun at his Lovato.

American Idol Creator Simon Fuller Settles X Factor Lawsuit With Fox

These reality-TV music competitions produce a lot of stars, but they also lead to some lawsuits!
In July 2011, American Idol creator Simon Fuller sued Fox Broadcasting over Simon Cowell's show The X Factor. At the time, Fuller alleged he should be listed as an executive producer on the American version of X Factor and be paid for it.
But now, per The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, the case has been settled out of court. The two sides reportedly reached a confidential settlement and have filed papers in L.A. Superior Court to dismiss the claims with prejudice.

But in a swift reaction, Kayode Salako in an interview with E24-7 magazine's Biodun Kupoluyi said, ‘‘Bukola is a devil’s agent and please don’t mind her. Yes, she introduced Foluke to me but she should step aside now that we are married. She claimed Foluke is using juju on me, but you know what? If that is true, I, Kayode Salako will know. I’m a real man. But if truly she’s using Juju, I need more of her juju, you know why, she has added value, brought me a lot of blessings.
